So Wendy’s DM me on Twitter after I posted the 1st video, they ask for the location of the store that closed.

Wendy’s also viewed my Insta story on Instagram.

I DM Wendy’s back with the info.

Wendy’s DM me back this today saying the location closed because the lease was up.

 So Wendy’s this is the problem that I have with the story. How can you not let the customers/public know that you were closing.

You guys have been open since this whole Covid19 eating there at least once a week.

On Thursday your employer should have let customers know that..

You were closing the store permanently  Wendy’s

I mean this location was right across the street from the Empire State Building, this location was packed even before the Coronavirus hit. 

Even after your store was open, for pick-up or delivery this Wendy’s was still packed. 

So Wendy’s I’m just disappointed in the way that you handled the closing of the store.

If you know you were going to close this location permanently, you should have let the customers known.

Again! I was in there Thursday you guys closed abruptly on Friday. 

Without telling us.

This is one of those things that make you go Hmmm!

When you DM me the first time and ask them for the location name. I sent it to u.

I post another video on Twitter and Instagram and you seen my Insta story.

That Wendy’s was so busy, I just can’t believe u closed it.

Again Wendy’s both of your DM’s were small talk and quick to the point.

I really feel that wasn’t great customer service.!!

And the employees @ that Wendy’s didn’t always give great customer service either.

In the future when u close a store let the public know.

With all of this said Wendy’s this is a great place to eat, and it’s one of my all-time fast foods restaurants.

I just wish things could have been handled differently.

The location of Wendy’s that you closed, was in the heart of Manhattan a tourist area and it still was busy.
