Must take the Survey for Episodes 205/206 of Sirens, which will shoot from Tuesday, 9/30 through Thursday, 10/9 on a Monday – Friday schedule. No weekends. Please note that there will be some split shifts (day into evening – not overnight) during these shoot dates.
We aren’t certain which dates yet – but more likely later in the week – this means that open availability is much more important for this block of episodes, so please carefully consider the dates you give us.
We are looking for the following types (so keep this in mind when selecting your availability dates):
Tuesday, 9/30 and Wednesday, 10/1 – Hospital Patients and Visitors. Thirty on Tuesday, and only a handful on Wednesday.
Wednesday, 10/1 – Drivers with SUVs, and people comfortable being the driver in the follow vehicles to the main ambulance. In other words, you are driving behind the ambulance that is rigged to a platform.
Thursday, 10/2 and Friday, 10/3 – Female Adults (18 and older) to work as stand-in for children at birthday party. Height 4’9′ to 5′
Monday, 10/6 – Magic Show Audience
Wednesday, 10/8 – Bar Patrons
We have already put up post for some of the specialties, and are contacting those people directly about availability.
** Are you registered with us? If not, go to http://www.4starcasting.com/registration.html **
** YOU MUST DO THIS BEFORE COMPLETING THE SURVEY. If we do not have your registration, you CAN NOT be considered. We will be looking at your pictures from your registration to determine casting **
There are 3 steps involved in working on the show:
1. AVAILABILITY CHECK (OR COMPLETING SURVEY)
2. BOOKING EMAIL
3. CALL INFO
Here’s an explanation of what those steps are!
1. AVAILABILITY CHECK:
A few days before each episode shoots, you will receive an availability check for the dates we need you. You will need to respond with your availability for those dates ASAP. Or complete a survey with your availability.
An availability check does NOT mean you are booked!
Once we receive everyone’s availability, we will book people based on the needs of the production for those days.
2. BOOKING EMAIL
If you are booked, you will receive a BOOKING EMAIL. It will give you the details of the days you are booked to work. You must respond to your booking or you will be replaced.
If you respond to the AVAILABILITY CHECK and don’t receive a booking email, it means that you are not needed for that particular episode. If you don’t work on one, it doesn’t mean you won’t work on the next one. We will do our best to get a booking email to you no later than 48 hours of the shoot date.
3. CALL INFO
The day before your booking you will receive your CALL INFO. You can expect this email to arrive some time between 8:00PM and 11:00PM. This is because we do not get the official call times until they are finished filming on that current day. When you receive your CALL INFO email you are REQUIRED to respond. This is how we know you have received the information and that you will be there.
